DeMassa Appliance Service
Ralph DeMassa began DeMassa Appliance Service in 1980 out of his garage and has been at the Main Avenue store since 1982! In 2019, his daughter Tracey DeMassa-Lee joined the team with the intention of carrying on the family business someday after Ralph retires. While Tracey runs the day-to-day operations, Ralph is focused on working in the shop, sharing his knowledge, as well as assisting with training and enhancing our systems.

Our refrigerator broke with a newborn at home and they rushed to get a technician over to our house that same day. They also offered to loan us a refrigerator while our new one was delivered.

I have a nine-year-old large wall heating and air conditioningunit in my kitchen. It was not going off when you hit the off button. Demassa Appliance Got the correct parts from Fredrich air air-conditioning but when they put it in the first day, it would not work. Demassa Appliance Contacted Fredrich air-conditioning that day, printed out the schematics and original manual needed, and came back the next day.
Demassa Appliance Completed the project and charged me no more than original estimate.
My nine-year-old Heater and air conditioner is back to working wonderfully. I am very impressed with the fact that Demassa Appliance Contacted the original manufacturer, came back promptly the next day and finish the job thoroughly and efficiently at the same price as originally quoted,.
